B Stanley Esq, JP
Dear Sir,
I understand from your brother Mr W Stanley that you wish instructions how to proceed in the case of Michael Donnelly, who is charged with having threatened to shoot one Brown, he said Michael Donelly having been previously bound over to keep the peace. I think all you can do, if there was no actual breach of the peace, is to require Donelly to find sureties again, & to commit him, if he fails in so doing.

Yours truly,
Charles Hutchinson, County Atty
