A FINE WHICH WAS A FINE. - At the police court yesterday Michael Donnelly, stage driver, Lucan, was accused of having used grossly insulting and abusive language towards Henry Brien, whilst in the Revere House. Prosecuter was formerly a county constable, and it came out in the evidence that Donnelly had a grudge against him. Accused was found guilty and fined $5, with $7.65 costs.
