– For a week or two back, Lucanites have been greatly excited over the numerous incendiary fires and other outrages, already reported by us. Berry’s barber shop was entered on the night of the 12th last, and everything in the shape of furniture, looking glasses &c., was completely demolished. A Vigilance Committee is talked of.
