The jurors for our Lady the Queen upon then oath present, that William Aneya on the twenty first day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven at the Township of Goderich in the Country of Huron, one of the United Counties aforesaid, wilfully and maliciously stopped and obstructed one Jame Forbes a Subcontractor upon the Buffalo and Lake Huron Raliway while in the due performance of his work upon the said Buffalo and Lake Huron Railway.
