Duke of Newcastle (Henry Pelham Clines)

Henry Pelham Clines, Duke of Newcastle, served in London as the Secretary of State for the Colonies from 1859 to 1864. Colonial dispatches sent to him were usually addressed to his title: "Seymour to Newcastle."
