Roch-Jean and Jeanne d’Arc Gagnon

Twins born in the Quebec City jail on July 8, 1920, they were the children of Télesphore Gagnon and Marie-Anne Houde. They were sent to the St. Vincent de Paul crèche. Jeanne d'Arc died on February 3, 1921, at the age of 7 months. Roch-Jean was transferred to a Beaupré hospice for "idiots."
