Queen vs. Wm. Donnelly, John Donnelly, Wm. Farrell, Jas. Keefe and Wm. Denby — assault on constable — true bill. Bench warrants were issued for the arrest of the three last named who are still at large.[...]

The Queen vs. William and John Donnelly, shooting with intent — true bill.
The Queen vs. James Donnelly, assaulting Rhody Kennedy — true bill.
The Queen vs. John Donnelly, assaulting P. McKellar — true bill.
The Queen vs. Thomas and James Donnelly, arson — true bill.
The Queen vs. Thomas Donnelly, larceny from Eadale — true bill.
The Queen vs. James and Wm. Donnelly, assaulting constable Coursey — true bill.
The Queen vs. James and Patrick Donnelly and James Keefe, assaulting Berryhill — true bill.
The prisoners on being arraigned pleaded not guilty to each indictment. [...]
