THE DONNELLY TRIBE

The name of John Donnelly, of Lucan, yesterday morning, but no response was chanted. The Donnelly named in charged with having assaulted Peter McKeller, the opposition stage driver, a short time since. His sureties, William Penny and Alfred Panton, were also called but they did not put in an appearance, and the three recognizances were duly entreated. Michael Donnelly, charged with using abusive language towards Wm. Kennedy, was also called, but did not deem it necessary to respond, and the probability is that a warrant will [?] for his arrest. Meanwhile the case was adjourned until Monday.
