Be it remembered that on the 12th
day of February in the year of our Lord 1876, [...] The condition of the above written recognizance, is such that whereas one William Donnelly was this day charged before me L. Lawrance Justice of the Peace, within mentioned for that he did by an information duty sworn before Henry [illegible] a justice of the Peace out for the County of Middlesex on the 25th day of February 1876 commit wilful perjury [...].
