Ritchie Family

Though not directly related to the Donnelly story, the letters from the Ritchie family provide us with a sense of what it was like to be Irish immigrants moving to Canada in the 1840s, as did the Donnelly family. The Ritchie family moved to Ross Township in Renfrew County, Upper Canada in 1847.
