Williams, William T.

William T. Williams served as Chief of Police in London. He was employed by authorities to investigate the murder of the Donnellys. Williams interviewed William Donnelly, Mr. and Mrs. Thompson and a number of others. He was also present at the coroner’s inquest. At the Preliminary Hearing, Williams implied that despite what the Thompsons claimed, it would have been possible for Carroll to leave Thompsons’ home without being heard.
