Donelly vs McKellar

I see no difficulty in this case, as all the evidence excepting the prosecutor's is in favor of the defendant. It must of course be dismissed with costs against the prosecutor. I think it will be well when you have the opportunity to bind the parties over to keep the peace. You should have an information sworn to by some one.
