THE DONNELLY TRAGEDY

The Date of Trial Fixed - A Special Commission to be Issued.

Toronto, Nov. 17.

The trial of Carroll and the other prisoners under indictment for the alleged murder of the Donnelly family in February last, has been fixed by Attorney General Mowat for the 24th of January, 1881. It is said that Justices Cameron and Osler will preside at the trial.
